1. Scope of the service
m-pathy is an experimental AI-based assistant. It is not a human therapist, lawyer, doctor or financial advisor. The service is provided for creative work, reflection and technical assistance only.
2. No professional advice
Content generated by m-pathy must never be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial or other decisions with serious consequences. Always consult qualified professionals for such questions.
3. Account and tokens
Access may be granted for a limited period and/or with a defined token pool. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use m-pathy to violate applicable law, to harm others, to generate unlawful content or to attack systems. We may block or restrict accounts that misuse the service.
5. Changes and availability
We may adapt, extend or discontinue individual features of m-pathy at any time, as long as this is reasonable for users. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Limitation of liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence according to applicable law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory liability, for example under product liability law, remains unaffected.
