m-pathy currently offers a clear, one-time purchase model. This Refund Policy explains how we handle payments and refunds.

1. Purchase model
At the moment, access to m-pathy is granted as a one-time purchase for a defined period and/or a defined token pool. There is no automatic subscription renewal.
2. Payment processing
Payments are processed via Stripe or comparable payment providers. The terms and security measures of the payment provider apply in addition.
3. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. You are informed about this right during the checkout process, if applicable.
4. Refunds in practice
We generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted and tokens can be used, unless there is a legal obligation or we expressly promise a refund in individual cases.
